Thank you all for the wonderful support you have given me throughout the year. I wouldn’t be doing this if it wasn’t for you. I treasure each and every one of you. I always say that I have the BEST group of followers and friends. Thank you, thank you.
I am going to take a good winter break, recharge my batteries and only focus on my family. I will be back again Monday, January 3rd, 2011!

Hello Monika,
Happy holidays to you, Peter and all your family. We appreciate Peter taking time coming down to city hall and speaking. We did hear bike paths also!!! Hopefully this year brings wonderful new beginnings for us all.
I have been reading and watching your growth and excitement of your new venture. Congratulations! You bring energy great design thoughts and inspiration to your followers.
Ever since meeting at S’s, Christina and I have been meaning to connect and get together to share more. How about next year soon? Talking about your Gotland got me to track my own visits to beautiful Sweden. Thank you.
As a counter balance to our business development ventures I began to paint. One of my first paintings was definitely inspired from our brief talks. I have been asked for years by many to show my art, until now you might say I wasn’t brave enough. Well I am painting, showing and having fun. My first two showings up and a honorary show the month of Jan across the street from the Seattle Art Museum’s Picasso exhibit in the Four Seasons, Fonté coffee and wine cafe.
You can also see a taste of my work at Belle Bakery in old Town Bellevue. It’s close to Bianca’s and they are giving my paintings great attention. I invite you to see what you help inspire.

Hi, Monika,
Just wanted you to know that the boots arrived safe and sound late this afternoon–and I LOVE THEM!!! Both the look and the fit are wonderful.We don’t have any snow, slush, or rain at the moment…but we may get a little bit of snow on Christmas Day — so I’m thinking that they might look good with a little sprig of holly tucked into the laces if we go for a Christmas walk after stuffing ourselves at the dinner table.
Thanks again for being so accommodating, and know that I am thrilled with my purchase.

Thanks Monica for your lovely blog posts!. I am so excited about my new Ilse Jacobsen rubber boots and super pleased with the beautiful purple raincoat. It was so difficult to choose the color as there are so many beautiful colors to choose between.
