A Summer Postcard To You Via Laura Casey Interiors
Summer greetings to Monika’s readers! Laura here from Laura Casey Interiors.
The one thing you can’t miss when visiting this area is:
The waterfalls. They are gorgeous, especially after a big rain. When I want to relax I come here for a visit with my family.
It’s hard to get a call on your cell phone here and the internet is slowly making its’ way here, but I can go a long stretch of time without technology which is very relaxing for me.
In my opinion, the perfect hostess gift:
When staying at someone’s house I love to give them something for their home that is personal to them. We went to a friends’ beach house in South Carolina early in the summer and I gave them a Mariposa shell cocktail napkin holder.
Thanks Monika for including me! I hope you all are having a great summer!

I would do anything to have Suzanne Kasler’s work space! To me, it wouldn’t seem like work anymore!!

Hi Laura, what a nice guest blog post! The Catskill Mountains looks very beautiful and sometimes it’s quite nice to not be reached by a cell phone … Also lovely office inspiration. Now I’ll take a look at your blog.

How lovely — I have not had the pleasure of seeing Laura’s blog, so this is a great introduction!
What a beautiful place — who needs technology when you have all of this beauty around you? And that office is right up my alley — organized and so chic! Can’t wait to visit your site

[...] During the next two weeks I am going to see family & friends, relax, and read this book,. [...]
I did not spend my childhood summers in the catskills – but my adult winters in the catskills – and there is something magical about the outdoors and the lack of internet service. Love Laura and her love of style, literature, and decor. How I would love to have an office that looked like that, well I mean “Artist’s studio!”
Enjoy the escape Laura and come back fully charged!
